How to backup Superpay
(Superpay requires < (less than:) 1 Gig space for many years)
1. Insert your memory stick.
2. Close your Superpay (Else the files are locked)
3. Double click on My Computer.
4. Double Click on C: (Local drive)
5. Locate the c:\superpay folder.
6. Right click on the folder, then "send to"
and left click on your memory stick drive.
7. Wait for the files to copy over.
(Superpay requires < (less than:) 1 Gig space for many years)

How to Create your SARS Recon File.
- Enter Superpay in the usual manner.
- Click on the Recon Button
- Click on the top right tab 'Create'
- Click on the Open button.
- Click on Recon All
- Check each employee for errors.
- Reconcile your figures to co-incide with your payments to SARS
- Export a Test file for easyfile.
- If SARS Easyfile gives you the "go ahead", export the Live file.
How to do an older Recon
(For example February, 2011)
01. Enter Superpay as normal.(For example February, 2011)
02. Click on the recon button.
03. (Top Right) Change the tax year to 2011 and the Transaction Month to 02
04. Click on the refresh button.
05. Now click on TAB top right "Create"
06. Change the transaction period to read 201102
07. Change the dates to 1/3/2010 and 28/2/2011
08. Click the open button.
08. Click the recon all button.
09. Recon your figures as you paid over to SARS
10.Export your file.
The system will default back to the latest October recon if you close the form.
How to import the SARS Employee Registration File.
- Export your registration file from within easyfile
- Enter Superpay in the usual manner.
- Go to create/edit employee.
- Top right - click the ... button next to 'Select Easyfile'
- Select the file your exported with easyfile
- Click on the button 'Import from easyfile'
